Sharon Dawe 

Sharon Dawe is Professor of Clinical Psychology at School of Applied Psychology, Griffith University, Brisbane Australia. She holds an adjunct professorial appointment at the Australian Centre for Child Protection, University of South Australia. Sharon received her PhD from the Institute of Psychiatry, University of London. 

Sharon leads a number of research projects investigating the relationship between adult psychopathology, substance misuse and impacts on child outcomes. This includes the development and evaluation of the Parents under Pressure program, assessment and diagnosis of young children with FASD, and the investigation of the impact of childhood trauma on parenting and child outcomes.
